Complete Detailed Re-Sale Inspection

The Complete Detailed Re-Sale Inspection is the most common Home Inspection in today’s real estate market. Usually purchased by the Buyer of the subject property during a due-diligence period of 3-14 days. The goal of this inspection is to uncover all defects through a minimally invasive approach creating the most confident home buyer possible. Any defects found can then be negotiated with the Seller to obtain repairs prior to closing, money discounted from the purchase prices, or simply to make the most informed purchase possible. There are thousands of items to consider within any home.

All of our inspectors have the skill and experience to look through every detail of a home and write up an accurate, timely inspection report. Major areas inspected include: General Site Condition, Structural Systems, Building Exterior, Roof Systems, Plumbing System, Electrical System, Heating System, Air Conditioning Systems, Interior Insulation and Ventilation, Fireplaces, Crawlspaces, and Attics.
