Radon Inspection

Radon is a radioactive gas that has been found in homes throughout the United States. This odorless, colorless home invader typically moves up through the ground and the air and into your home through cracks and other holes in the foundation. Elevated radon gas levels are particularly more common in homes with a basement or crawlspace.

A continuous 48-72 hour radon gas test can detect any elevated or higher than acceptable radon gas levels in your future or current home. The Radon Gas Test can be added to any Home Inspection, with results delivered immediately upon completion.

The counties of Cobb, Dekalb, Gwinnett, and Fulton have been found to have the highest levels of radon gas detected in Georgia.
